Most of the products we serve are from the local area: this is the real taste of South Tyrol! Freshly-baked rolls, Italian coffee, homemade jam, farm eggs, Tyrolean speck and much more.

We’ve been dedicated to the needs of our guests

… for the last 60 years. Over this period, the Garni has continued to grow, and we have also grown alongside it. The comfort and wishes of our customers come first and foremost. The Garni Pramstrahler has always been, and always will be, a centre of well-being in the Valle Isarco. How do we do it? By constantly adapting and having the right people at our side.

“It’s always been a natural thing for me to mix with the guests. When I was little, I spent my summers with the children who were staying here. Many of them have continued to spend their holidays here over the years. In 2004, I became sole owner of the hotel.”

Chatting to the guests is a huge stimulus. The comings and goings here are a source of power and energy. Ulrike spends most of her time in the kitchen, because it’s the centre of the house. From here, she can keep tabs on everything, and everyone always knows where to find her. When does she get quiet moments to herself? In the hotel swimming pool, or on a hike up to one of the alpine huts.
